  • The Applicant clearly types the referring CAREGiver’s name on his or her application.

  • The Applicant is interviewed and hired as a CAREGiver, completes CAREGiver Initial Training, and serves 250 hours in client home shifts.

Then the referring CAREGiver is paid $250 of the bonus.

  • The new CAREGiver serves an additional 250 hours in client home shifts.

The referring CAREGiver is paid the remaining $250 bonus.
